Conference registrations can be cancelled with a 50% refund if email notification is received by
September 10, 2025.
Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges as applicable in all categories of refund.
A 30% refund is available for cancellations if email notification is received by November 15,
2025.
No refunds will be issued after November 15, 2025. However, in the case of emergencies or
extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the
Organizing Committee.
Please note that all fees for special events are non-refundable.
All refunds will be processed 30 days after completion of the conference.
The Registration fee for the workshop is non-refundable.
